We want you to love your MVM Swimwear purchase, so if you wish to return it for some reason, simply contact us at . The MVM Swimwear sales department will respond to you with detailed instructions on how to return your item to us. You can return your purchase within 14 days from receiving your item.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN ON:
Items returned more than 30 days of receipt.
Damaged items or not in its original condition. If the hygienic liner is missing (for hygienic reasons) your return will be refused and will be sent back to the customer.
Sales items cannot be returned for Exchange or Refund.
We will process the refund as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please allow us 5 days to process your refund. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
·Refund is eligible only for items received with their original receipt of purchase, in original condition, unworn and returned in original packaging (with hygienic liner still attached), MVM tags and garment bag.
The shipping costs for refunds are covered by the customer. Please pack and seal your return using a registered mail service. Shipping costs for the returns are not refunded.
