Please read carefully these terms and conditions before you proceed to an order. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Policy, do not place an order. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Statement. MVM Swimwear and more (registered trademark) reserve the right to amend the terms of use at any time without any notice. Please make sure you read the terms of use before placing an order.

 

MVM SWIMWEAR AND MORE is the registered trademark owned by MARIA SOLYDAKI  who has a registered office in PTOLEMEOU 5, AGIOS DIMITRIOS 17343 ATHENS GREECE, and holds the Tax ID number EL 067699972 and Registered Business Number (GEMI) 165848203000.

 

2. CONTENT & COPYRIGHT OF WEBSITE

MVM SWIMWEAR AND MORE is the only and exclusive holder of all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all content (photos, articles) supplied in this website. The latter reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time without notice. We are not responsible, if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

 

3. PRINTS COPYRIGHT

All prints are custom made and are individual to MVM SWIMWEAR AND MORE. Designs or prints are NOT to be copied or reproduced by any other company. Failure to comply may result in copyright infringement and possible legal action.

 

4. SIZE GUIDE

MVM SWIMWEAR AND MORE sizing is standard sizes. Our size guide can be used as a guide only. The measurements are accurate and based off our patterns, the overall fit of the suit will vary based on individual body measurements.

Color and prints depicted should be used as a guide only. All products are made to the highest quality possible. Color variation and differences in print placement may occur. Please take into consideration that colors and prints may appear differently on your screen, depending on your resolution.

 

5. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We use high quality swimwear Italian fabric but we are not liable for general wear or tear. However, please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend hand washing with cold water.

 

6. ONLINE STORE TERMS - ORDERS

You may use this site to place legitimate orders. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities in case we have strong indications that an order may be false or fraudulent.

• We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

• We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide (name, email, address, etc.) in order to process your order. If there is necessary information missing, we will not be able to complete your order.

 

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices displayed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. In case of a typographical or arithmetical inaccuracy in the price of any product you have ordered we take the responsibility to reconfirm the order at the correct price.

We are not responsible for any technical, typographical or spelling errors in the prices or product characteristics. If a product has an unusually low price, without any specific evidence to justify this, please contact us before ordering the product.

You can pay by PayPal. For delivery addresses within Greece, customers also have the option of paying the amount due through cash on delivery. 

 

8. SHIPPING

Orders placed after 12:00pm (Athens, Greece Time Zone) will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship to Hotels, to P.O Boxes, or temporary addresses. If for some reason we are unable to deliver the goods due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be resent to you at your expense. We are not responsible for delays occurring due to the carrier.

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, custom duties. We are not responsible for Import Duties or Customs Fees that your country may charge you. Please contact your local Customs Office to learn the exact import duties and custom fees you will pay upon arrival of your purchase.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We will not be liable or responsible for any delays that are caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”) such as strikes, fires, riots etc. All orders within Greece are shipped via ACS courier. Shipments in the EU and outside EU are sent by A’ CLASS PRIORITY registered mail via HELLENIC POST or via Express Courier. 

 

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You have the right to return your order at any time within 14 days as of the day you received your item. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 If you wish to return a purchased item for a refund or an exchange, please send us an email at mvmswim@gmail.com. Please explain in brief the reasons you wish to return your purchase. We will process the refund as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that the transport costs are not refunded. 

 

We are entitled to refuse to accept a returned product that it is not returned in its original condition according to our return policy:

• The returned products should be unworn, carrying the hygiene liner, the tags and wrapping.  

• You should also enclose the receipt of purchase in the returned package.

If a returned product appears to be used, no longer carries its tags or the hygiene liner, is either soiled or damaged, the return will not be accepted and it will be sent back to the customer.

 

Please allow us 14 business days to process your refund.  All refunds will be made in the same form of payment the customer used. The shipping costs for refunds are covered by the customer. Please pack and seal your return using a registered mail service.

 

If you wish to return an item for exchange we recommend you contact our customer service at mvmswim@gmail.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. The shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.

 

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. For international returns we do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. The Customer is responsible for the return of the package and must send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return. MVM Swimwear and more is not responsible for any loss or return that has been insured or signed for.

 

Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges. We will always refund any money using the method of payment used to make payment.

 

10. SECURITY

We are committed to protecting the customer’s personal information. We have implemented security measures including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and other tools to protect all information we might collect on our website from our customers.

 

11. PRIVACY STATEMENT

We respect customers’ privacy. The information collected on this site is confidential and will not be shared with any third party for commercial purposes without customer’s prior consent.

Certain products and services available via our site may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, content, resources or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. 13.  LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase of products through our website will be governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Greek Courts.
